EXCEL
Founder & Owner, Holly Edsall has played sports for 17 years. She played soccer for 12 years and ran track for 5. In this time, Holly has learned an immense about sports and what it takes to be a top performing athlete. Holly learned it’s much more than physical training that is necessary to develop an excellent athlete.
In 2017, Holly suffered a bad ankle injury in her senior year high school soccer game. This injury kept her from competing her indoor and outdoor track seasons. Consequently, she was not able to earn her marks that would finalize her D1 schoalrships. She decided to take two years off sports and come under a mentor who would not train her phyiscally, but train her in different ways. The growth Holly experienced in these two years prepared her to Excel at the D1 level. In May of 2019, Holly decided to run track at a Division 1 college. She called the Head Coach who said he would give her a chance as a walk-on. She had 3 months to get back in shape, and with two years of not training, she knew she had a lot of work ahead of her. By the time Holly was training with her team for 4 months, she was running with their fastest athletes. In another 3 months, Holly excelled to one of the best on the team and received a full ride scholarship in.
